Post-Production & Media Execution Partner for Global Studios and Brands

Volexlab Multimedia has spent 14+ years running shot-based post-production and brand media production for studios, agencies, and marketing teams under real deadlines — the kind of work where a missed frame range or an off-brand export comes back to the client, not just to us.

On the studio side, that means rotoscoping, paint and cleanup, matchmove, and compositing support for active VFX pipelines. On the brand side, it means motion graphics, presentations, and marketing assets delivered in the exact spec your team asked for — so nobody has to re-export, resize, or re-brief.

Our Core Execution Capabilities

We run two execution tracks side by side: technical post-production for active VFX pipelines, and brand-led media production for marketing and creative teams. Most clients only need one track. Some — usually agencies producing both broadcast VFX and brand campaigns — use both, which is why the two teams share the same file-handling standards and review process.

Every job moves through the same structure: a defined scope, a named point of contact, version-controlled handoffs, and a review cycle before final delivery. That structure is what lets a short paint-cleanup job and a multi-week episodic roto block run through the same pipeline without either one slipping.

Why Teams Rely on Us in Production Environments

We build trust through consistency, clarity, and a production-first mindset.

01

Production-First Thinking

We work inside your file structure, naming conventions, and review software — not a workflow you have to adapt to. Shots and assets go out the way your pipeline expects them, every time.

02

Predictable Delivery

Before a frame gets touched, we agree on the deadline, the number of revision rounds, and the exact export spec. That discipline is a big reason our on-time delivery SLA holds at 99.8%.

03

Clear Ownership

Every project has one named point of contact on our side, not a rotating queue. If a shot needs a revision or a deadline moves, you know exactly who to message.

04

Scalable Execution

We've taken on single paint-cleanup jobs and multi-month episodic roto blocks under the same account structure — the team size flexes, the person you talk to doesn't.

Precision VFX Pipeline Outsourcing

We support international VFX and post-production teams by taking on precision-heavy execution work while pipelines are already in motion.

VFX Rotoscoping Services

We've delivered frame-accurate rotoscoping mattes for film, TV, and streaming projects since 2010 — long enough that "your naming convention" and "your frame handles" aren't things we need explained twice. Each shot ships aligned to your shot IDs, handles, and pipeline requirements, ready to drop into comp.

One recent block: 8,240 frames of stereo rotoscopy and paint cleanup, delivered against a 6-week streaming deadline at a 99.4% first-pass acceptance rate.

We handle complex elements with stable edges and precise spline work, including:

  • Meticulous hair, defocus, and motion blur splines
  • Rigid and organic tracking for characters and props
  • Defocus and fast-motion camera tracking solves

Paint Cleanup & Compositing Support

We remove wires, rigs, markers, and other unwanted elements frame-by-frame, keeping edges and grain clean enough that compositors aren't redoing our work before they can start theirs.

On the tracking side, we handle matchmove and camera-solve work — including a recent anamorphic lens-distortion job with 15 complex solves delivered in 5 business days at an average 0.12-pixel track error.

Scalable Brand & Media Execution

Brand Visual Systems for Marketing & Media

We build the visual system once — logo lockups, color, type, layout grids, templates — then apply it across every asset that follows: decks, ads, social sizes, landing pages. When several people on a distributed team each need a slide or a banner next week, they're pulling from the same system instead of improvising one.

How Media Execution Strengthens Digital Marketing Performance

A strategy deck full of good ideas still needs someone to build the actual ad at the right aspect ratio, export it at the right file size for the platform, and get it to the media buyer before the flight date. That's the layer we work in — after the strategy is approved, before the campaign goes live.

Because every asset comes from the same visual system, a banner resize doesn't turn into a new design request, and a last-minute platform change doesn't mean rebuilding the deck from scratch.

Motion Graphics & High-Volume Media

We produce motion graphics, corporate presentations, and branded video assets at volume — think a set of templated social cuts for one campaign, or a 40-slide investor deck that needs to match brand guidelines exactly. Built for teams that need consistent, on-brief output on a schedule, not one-off experimental animation.

B2B Web Design for Lead Generation

We design and build websites meant to do one job: turn a visitor into a qualified enquiry. That means clear service pages, proof points placed where a buyer is actually deciding, and a contact path that doesn't make them hunt for it — built for B2B and service businesses selling to other companies, not consumer storefronts.

Built for Production: Studio & Agency Partnerships

We operate inside structured environments where scale, data security, and delivery timelines are non-negotiable — built for long-running studio and agency relationships, not one-off creative gigs.

Built for high-pressure production cycles.

We work inside your defined pipeline — version control, structured handoffs, review gates — because on a long production schedule, small inconsistencies compound fast.

  • NDA-compliant workflows and secure data handling
  • High-volume shot-based production environments
  • Consistent file structures and structured review cycles
  • Multi-team and multi-vendor coordination
  • Reusable delivery cadence without repeated onboarding

Who We Are Not a Fit For

To maintain execution quality and workflow discipline, we intentionally limit the type of projects we accept.

  • One-off logo or brochure requests
  • Low-budget creative-only projects
  • Clients without defined production workflows
Who We Are

A Production-Focused Execution Partner

Volexlab Multimedia started in 2002 as a small graphic design shop and became a registered production company in 2012. Rotoscoping — still one of our strongest services — has been part of the studio since 2010. That history matters for one reason: the team behind our current post-production and brand execution workflows has been solving these problems for over a decade.

We work as an execution partner for post-production studios, agencies, and brands operating under real production timelines, and for companies that need brand and communication assets built with the same operational discipline.

Because our production day runs several hours ahead of US and European working hours, shots and assets handed off at the end of a client's day are typically back for review the next morning — a scheduling edge several of our studio clients build into their own timelines. All work is delivered under NDA-compliant security protocols from our production base in Lucknow, India.

Common Questions

Questions Studios and Agencies Ask Before Onboarding

Straight answers to what most new clients want to know before handing off their first shot or asset.

How do you handle confidential or pre-release footage?

Every project runs under NDA, and files move through access-controlled, encrypted channels rather than open cloud links. Only the artists assigned to a job can reach its files, and access is removed once the project closes. If your studio has its own security protocol, we work inside it instead of asking you to adapt to ours.

What's the smallest project you'll take on?

There's no fixed minimum, but we're built around defined production work rather than isolated small tasks. A short paint-cleanup job or a single explainer video is fine; a one-off logo request usually isn't the right fit for either side (see "Who We Are Not a Fit For" above).

How does the Lucknow, India time zone actually help my timeline?

Our production day runs several hours ahead of US and European working hours. In practice, shots or assets handed off at the end of your day are often back in your inbox for review the next morning, instead of sitting untouched overnight.

What roto, compositing, and tracking pipelines do you work in?

We work across both node-based and layer-based compositing and roto pipelines, and we match our export structure — shot IDs, frame ranges, handles, naming conventions — to whatever your studio already uses, rather than asking you to reformat around us.

Do you work directly with in-house teams, or only through agencies?

Both. Some clients are VFX studios and agencies folding us into an existing pipeline; others are in-house marketing or production teams handling outsourcing directly, with no middle layer. Either way, you get one named point of contact, not a support queue.

How do revisions work?

Revision rounds are agreed before work starts, as part of scoping — so anything inside scope gets turned around as part of the project, and anything beyond it is a scoped add-on rather than a surprise. It's also why our on-time delivery SLA holds at 99.8%: the scope is fixed before the deadline is.
